Return Process

  Log into your Scitron account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
